With over five years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering across the U.S. and Canada, Mr. Tuylu has served in advanced roles involving multi-cloud systems, cybersecurity architecture, and AI-driven automation. He holds numerous certifications in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and cybersecurity, and has extensive experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Savas Tuylu previously served as a Computer Systems Analyst with the Nebraska Department of Education’s Technology Services Division, where he played a key role in supporting statewide education systems. In that role, he worked on improving data infrastructure, optimizing digital platforms used by schools across Nebraska, and ensuring the reliability and security of information systems serving both administrators and educators. This experience gave him valuable insights into state-level educational operations, large-scale data management, and the integration of technology to advance student learning outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Tuylu spent nearly a decade teaching physics while also leading national and international STEM competitions in robotics and programming. His ability to bridge cutting-edge technology with hands-on, project-based learning makes him a vital contributor to Kūlia Academy’s AI and Data Science program.
