Dr. Salim Ucan is an innovative educational leader with over 20 years of experience in STEM-focused education, school administration, and organizational development. He has a proven track record of founding and managing high-performing schools and programs, particularly in urban communities across the Midwest. As the Founder and CEO of Global Town School, an online private school utilizing VR and AI to enhance student engagement and achievement, Dr. Ucan continues to drive educational advancements through technology.

Previously, Dr. Ucan served as the Regional Vice President at Accel Schools, overseeing three charter schools and ensuring academic success during the COVID-19 pandemic. His role as Vice President at Concept Schools also highlights his leadership in expanding a network of 30 STEM-based public charter schools across six states. Under his guidance, several schools were recognized for academic excellence, community engagement, and strategic growth.

Dr. Ucan earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Ohio State University, where he also served as a mentor and faculty associate.
