KUNG-FU (KAJUKENBO)
Building Leaders Through Discipline, Confidence, and Character
At Kūlia Academy, we believe education extends far beyond the classroom. Our Kūlia Kajukenbo Warriors program is designed to help students develop the discipline, resilience, leadership, and confidence necessary to excel in school and in life.
This is not simply a martial arts class—it is a comprehensive character development program where students learn to control themselves before learning to control any technique.
Following the philosophy of Mind. Body. Spirit., students strengthen their physical fitness while developing integrity, respect, emotional intelligence, perseverance, and leadership.
Program Philosophy
Our guiding principle is simple:
“To be a good steward is to honor what you are doing.”
Every class reinforces three foundational pillars:
Mind
Students learn self-discipline, focus, emotional regulation, decision-making, and leadership.
Body
Students build athleticism, coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and practical self-defense skills.
Spirit
Students develop compassion, respect, teamwork, humility, and service to others.
The goal is not simply stronger students.
The goal is stronger young leaders.
